Alexandra was a wonderful tour guide! The best! She was an incredible speaker and very knowledgeable!! Her energy and engagement with all of us in the tour made it a very enjoyable experience! Highly recommend her!

Everything was good, the tickets are worth it because there is a documentary movie before and then theguide takes you to the entrance. They give you a map and a QR code for an audio app that you can use in the place.

Our visit to the Colosseum was brilliant, the staff at the Touristation office were really helpful and gave us the tickets, and explained the sequence of the visits.

Nous sommes allés chercher les tickets à l'adresse de l'office du tourisme indiqué où nous avons pu voir une vidéo puis nous sommes rendus au colisée. Journée ensoleillée nous avons largement profité des sites romains et du très beau parc sur le mont palatin.

We have reservation slot at 9:am but in the touristic info we get tickets to the Colloseum at 12,15. Perfect timing, because we were in Capitolini Museums at first and after that Forum Romanum, Palatine hill and Colloseum.

Easy to get the tickets, friendly personal. The visit is so worth it.

Easy to use - once checked in at the ticket pick-up place, saw a nice historic video. Entrance to the Forum and Colosseum was easy with the provided tickets (just a simple scan) and we didn't have to wait in any lines.

it was very good, I booked the tickets online and then went to the Touristation office first to print the tickets and get information relevant to that and then I went without any problems to the monuments from there.

It was not clear we needed to get our tickets from an office that wasn’t near the Colosseum. That was not optional.

All good exept that tiqets.com gives out a voucher that has to be exchanged at a near by office. We went straight to the Colosseum then had to go back to a fountain where the office was to get the real tickets.

The vídeo is interesting and a good way to better understand the history of Rome and its legacy. A host will accompany you until the Coliseum but you'll be able to proceed with the visit to each monument on your own velocity and preference.

Everything worked out perfect, however if I would have bought the tickets directly O would have saved quite some money. So great service, but in my mind way to expensive compared to regular ticket prices

At the time of the booked ticket you HAVE to get it at the tourist office (20min walk from the colosseum). They are kind and explain the way and stuff. But the main entry to the colosseum is 2h AFTER the time of the booked slot for the tickets. Be aware of that!

tickets were really expensive and I actually doubt if it saved us any time (to enter the Forum it for sure didn't). The video isn't that great or explicatory and a bit tedious, but good as a starter for the kids

Initially, they rescheduled our visit to a different time, which was inconvenient for us as we already had plans for another time. They confirmed a full refund, but 10 days have already passed and the money has still not been returned. I kindly ask you to take action.

We arrive 15 late due to a system error by the colosseum and we’re advised we could not enter due to this. Tiqets nor the colossuem were helpful in resolving this matter. Would not recommend.

I had to go to a place 1.3 kms away to get the tickets, with 34 degrees, this is inhumane. Never again.
