Colosseum & Mamertine Prison

Best Tour I had. I really enjoyed the colloseum and the Forum Romanum. Both were amazing to see and for me a long wish coming true. The Carcer was just a bonus that u dont really need. U can see all of it in about 10 minutes (5 minutes if u are a fast reader)

Staff were amazing. My partner collapsed through dehydration and his diabetes and the staff couldn’t have been any more helpful. 6 * for us.

Easy to collect tickets at the Mamertine Museum. Short queue at Colosseum. What a brilliantly engineered and designed building. Fantastic.

Great value with lots to see and do

Very easy to find despite what the reviews said. The staff were very helpful and gave great guidance of the area. The ticket also gives access to the forum which we didn’t realise and was lovely on a sunny day. Would recommend an audio guide for the colosseum

It was made clear by the ticketing staff the best way was to go to the Colosseum and then the Forum. The only issue for me was finding the Prison which isn't well signed. Also don't forget your passport/ID. They want to see it!

It's a place that everyone has. That visiting is a unique experience.

Don’t wait in the lines, book this instead! Very convenient mobile entry and helpful staff. Great value and provided audio tours, but it’s easy to self-guide through the wonders, too!

When you order tickets they are a bit misleading. Thought you got all areas of colluseum. Having to walk to the prison to collect tickets was a pain. I suggest you move ticket office closer to colluseum.

We bought tickets with additionally paid audio guide. We were told to download 3 different apps and we couldn't eventually use 2 of them, and the third one had free access. It was senseless to pay additional money for it.

We had to wait to validate our tickets in Mamertine prison. Long queue and very hot! We should be able to enter immediately since we had already bought the tickets!!

I bought the tickets to see the prison too but no one seems to know where the prison is very poor direction. I ended up not seeing the prison tour. Also the ticket when it was printed it did not say the prison tour is included.

Long sand slow line for tickets, more than 40 minutes for just withdrawal of tickets you already paid! For slow and ineffective service it’s really overpriced

It was way more expensive than the normal tickets, the audio guide was bad and very short and only for the forum. Not worth it

I don't like the idea of ​​giving a voucher so that tickets can be picked up on site and not from the Colosseum. The time for the Colosseum is still respected, but tickets are picked up from another place!

Horrible experience. There is no mention of additional fees you have to pay to have « full experience » of tickets. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience and services, won’t recommend to anyone !

After buying tickets to the Collosseum in Rome I had to walk 15 minutes to the end of Roman Forum to pick them. They weren’t letting us in. We were almost late because of that.

We had to walk back to Maritime Prison just to get to tickets for Collesium and Collesium was really boring in my Opinion. One of the most overrated place in Earth.

Got lost and didn’t realize where I picked up my tickets from was so far from the coliseum where I walked to and then I was late and couldn’t get in

Very confusing , had you add tickets to your wallet to only find out you need to go somewhere else to pick it up. We got there late it was closed and couldn’t get in. Everything was in small writing !! Wouldn’t recommend this site!

Impossible to validate ticket. Sent from here to there and back again and still with no ticket that could actually get us in to somewhere. Money waisted
