The Ministry of Culture and Tourism runs 3 tourism information offices in Antalya, each called a Turizm Danışma Bürosu: the Antalya Merkez office on Aspendos Bulvarı, the office on Cumhuriyet Meydanı and the office in International Terminal 1 at Antalya Airport. The Antalya Merkez office is at the same address as the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, the ministry's provincial arm.
The ministry also runs 4 more offices elsewhere in Antalya Province, in Alanya, Kaş, Kemer and Side. No opening hours are published for any of the offices, in the city or in the province.

On a public holiday, offices, museums and transport in Antalya may close or switch to holiday hours. Turkey has 14 full public holidays in 2026 and 13 in 2027, and its two religious holidays, Ramazan Bayramı and Kurban Bayramı, run for three and four days. Each has a half day on its eve, and Republic Day begins on 28 October, so 3 half days fall in each year, all starting at 13:00. In 2027 the last day of Kurban Bayramı, 19 May, is also Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day. Private businesses must close on 29 October.
