The Chantilly-Senlis Tourist Office, formed in 2019 when the tourist offices of the Aire Cantilienne and of Senlis Sud-Oise merged, runs 2 reception offices for tourist information: 1 in Chantilly, at 73 rue du Connétable, and 1 in the town of Senlis, at Place du Parvis Notre-Dame. The Chantilly office answers questions on accommodation, restaurants, tourist sites and leisure, keeps documentation on the Oise-Pays de France Regional Natural Park, the Oise and Hauts-de-France, and sells tickets for the Château de Chantilly and four other local sites.

Not run by the Chantilly-Senlis Tourist Office: it is the station ticket office of the TER Hauts-de-France network, and the station also has a TER ticket machine.
