Prague Castle: 2.5-Hr Guided Tour

The guide is highly knowledgeable and explained things really well. He is from Prague and offered entertaining back stories. He organized the tour well, stopped for bathroom break, and pointed us to the water refill station (it was a hot day!) Highly recommended.

Great tour but we didn’t realise the starting point was in the old town. We walked all the way up to the castle looking for the monument to meet at!! Silly us! Down we had to go again. The tour guide was great and was very knowledgeable about the history of Prague and all the areas of the castle he showed us.

Messi’s was an excellent guide for a castle tour! She was fun, knowledgeable and interactive. We loved the castle and cathedrals! It was very easy to find the beginning of the tour and it was exactly as described!

Our guide Peter was amazing. As a teacher by trade, he was able to connect and articulate the history of Prague to our group of 16. From Charles Bridge to Prague Castle he kept us entertained and informed. He also gave us a list of places to see during our stay in Prague. This is a tour that I highly recommend to everyone visiting this beautiful city.

Very funny and knowledgable guide, Steve. Tour begins at Charles Bridge and gives history from here to Castle. Tram is taken (included in price) up to the Castle, which saves on a long walk! Takes you through all components of the castle and cathedral and then leaves you for the Gold Lane which in my opinion was the worst bit of the tour but unable to have guides at this point as it would be too congested. Would recommend.

One certainly gets more out of a guided tour. But you must have good legs, there aren't opportunities to sit as there is a lot to see.
