Amsterdam Light Festival: Saloon Boat Cruise + Optional Unlimited Drinks

Was such a lovely trip, we were sat near the exit of the boat so were given blankets as it was so cold. Nice light festival too. Drinks were good and tour guide was great.

It was very interesting and beautiful to see the night city of Amsterdam, especially when outside was chilly, but inside boat, nice and cosy and mulled wine was delicious 👍

Excellent attention from the staff, good explanations and relevant info. The boat was clean and also the service and the installation matches entirely with the description.

Tour guide was really nice and funny,we were warm and we had a nice experience. The Art Installation was okay.I liked the story behind it.

Was a nice cosy boat, friendly hosts and service with unlimited drinks was a nice surprise! Also lovely to have a closer view of the art from the canal

The Cruiseboat team was very good. Cruise was operated by Flagship company which did a very good job. The Captain's helper, Mark was very knowledgeable and friendly.

A really good trip, great crew who were very informative and funny. Highly recommend this trip

Positive experience, although the high seating style of the boat made it difficult to see out. Flagship is a great company, and the next day we went on another one of their cruises, the cheese and wine with Sofia which was outstanding. If are you are lucky enough to get on a boat with Sofia as the host you will have a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time on the canal cruise… the staff were amazing … would do again…..

A very warm welcome by the Team. Comfortable boat (covered). Unlimited drinks ok although you have max 2 or 3 drinks. The Theme of this year was so so, nothing spectacular.

Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful in pointing out the light installations and other sights on the trip. View through the plastic flaps was not always the best, but still could see the lights.

Great experience on the canals with nice guides and free drinks. A nice way to enjoy Amsterdam over the winters.

The boat experience was great but I take issue with their definition of unlimited drinks and snacks! Its true the drinks were unlimited but we were given a small carton of snacks and told if we wanted more then we would have to pay! That's not unlimited!

The lights show by itself was so underwhelming. Photos and reviews have an expectation of a lit up situation, but actually turned out to be small setups here and there!

Too many people in a boat, full roof on the boat only limited view. Drinks and snacks were limited, tourist rip off not a good value for the money. Missing speaker on boat, lady had to shout very loud for descriptions.

Provided us the wrong address for boarding in detailed email, we ended up 15 mins away missing our tour. And there is no way to contact them directly to attempt any resolutions or refunds. Had to buy tickets elsewhere to enjoy the festival

We took a cruise in a closed boat with drinks and snacks. the snacks were embarrassing (small box of pretzel per person). The cruise was very slow and boring.
