Very exiting. It is cool even though outside is over 30 degreeC in summer.
If you book the electric ticket via the Internet in advance, you don't need to follow the line and go entrance. You can go to the security check and QR code scanner.
Our guide who took us in was awesome and spoke good, clear English. Had an amazing leisurely visit - so glad we came!
Very easy and quick at 9 am. Absolutely unique and wonderful place!
It was quick to get in, the staff were so friendly with me and I didn't have any problems buying the ticket through this app. I would recommend it! In my opinion the value for money of the ticket is expensive.
Absolutely stunning.
Bloody brilliant! It might cost a couple extra dollars to get this ticket but it's totally worth not having to wait in line for at least an hour. I stumbled upon this "attraction" and was blown away by it. What a marvel that's frankly not talked about enough.
It was perfect. All the explanation was very clear and entertaining
Easy, seamless experience! Easy to order and use. Tickets were available in the app.
If you are new to Istanbul you need to see the Basicilia Cistern, blew me away! Different to anything I had seen. It can get busy so pick your time of day and of course skip the line makes it faster. I went around 1pm and it was relatively quiet. You only really need 30-60 mins to see it so good for an in-between activity.
We were really enjoyed this experience, so interesting
Super!
Most beautiful place in the world. It makes an impression.
Head first thing in the morning or take an evening session to beat the crowds. Also if you purchase this ticket before hand you beat the lines. So another note, check which line you’re in - make sure it’s the ticket holder line not the ticket buyers
It is very unique but too expensive. Besides the guided tour wasn’t easily accessible since no wifi and opening email kept closing it.
Pretty crowded activity. But don’t let that get to you. Suggest having your EarPods in… find that piece and peace of music you think works best with the awe and manic of the space and place… and take it slow… go at your own pace.
LOVED the Basilica Cistern, but the lack of wifi and the inability to listen to all of the audio explanations was a problem.
Ok.
It was worth buying the “skip the line”tickets. We were able to go straight in without any problems. That certainly saved us an hour's wait.
The place itself is quite crowded.
Skip the line was great but my ticket was sent to spam mail.It took some time to locate it. Otherwise great experience!
Good atmosphere, entry was fast with the online ticket purchase. High price for the short duration that you spend there. Try coming early when it opens in the morning to have less people with you down there.
the ticket is not shown in the tiquets app, i kept asking people all around the museum and nobody knew what to do with the qr code I was given.. turns out the ticket came under a completely different name in my email inbox... and go to trash email
It would have been faster to make the line and get cheap tickets.. also no internet signal at the place.. so the audioguide was unusable
The ticket is available only until 6PM, even though the Basilica is open until 11:50PM. We missed it due to this limitation.
Actually getting our tickets proved very challenging. The ones sent in the confirmation email were not accepted, there was no support on site. In the end another company called roads and I got tickets whatsapped, but it was a terrible experience!
Very misinformative
First you buy the tickets and then you realise the tickets are worthless without meeting the tour guide !
You cannot use the tickets directly which is horrible
I did not received the ticket in time manner
