This was a wonderful holiday experience. The online directions were a little confusing but the people at the ticket office were helpful and the setting for the concert and Christmas market was incredible.
It was absolutely unforgetable experience and made our advent time special. Lovely concert and a whole package could be recomended, no doubt.

Wonderful concert, music and singing; not to mentipn the location. Worth the money.
The market was also wonderful - most stands with hand-made items, not the made in China replicas.
Great concert. Queue quickly if you want to avail of your glass of sparkling wine or you won’t have time to drink it!
Certainly one of the best Christmas markets in Vienna and the concert was simply lovely.
Great food, the concert was beautiful!!
Perfect evening
Concert was lovely and enjoyed the market. Very easy to exchange voucher for the meal.
I did attend the classical music concert and it was a great experience. However, I didn't visit the Christmas market because of a late hours after the concert. The day before I has chance to go to the Christmas market at Rathausplatz and it was marvellous. It was a bit raining but still very pleasant. Vienna is a magic town with beautiful historical buildings and great cultural heritage.
A bit overdone and the venue is not great unless you're both buy the premium tickets and get there very early.
Absolutely beautiful concert and venue. Sitting in front row was well worth the extra for the VIP tickets. However, the other items that were supposed to be part of VIP ticket did not deliver.
It was the same cloakroom and there was no separate fast line for VIP ticket holders.
The food & drinks were limited to one specific stall only and the choice for the dinner was either fries alone or fries with a battered chicken. It tasted ok but I think I would have preferred some food of the other stalls. For drink choice it was either mulled wine or non-alcoholic berry punch.
We had to ask for the programme, but did get it in the end.
The Christmas market is a good walk away from the Orangerie.
But the music and musicians and singers were superb! With an interval, the show was already finished by shortly after 10pm, which was also a pity. Would have loved a bit longer.
The concert was fantastic— however, for my concert, it was not in the orangery which is what all the pictures show, it was inside the palace in a small room. I wish I had the opportunity to see it like it was in the photos. Second to note— do NOT get the food package. I got a “collectible mug, drink, and food item”, what they don’t tell you is that you can only go to one stand, and the workers basically gave me the cheapest thing. It was delicious, but overall it was worth about 10€, so not worth getting it included in the ticket at all. Plus they give you a mug with every drink. I would probably pass on this experience and just go see a concert in the opera house instead.
Good concert, free food selection very poor, Christmas markets disappointing, no music or festive sprit
Cannot hear the opera singers. Acoustic in room not great. Interval too long.
Starting off, the musicians were incredible. Talented and entertaining! What was the cause of my poor review is as follows: the concert was not actually in the orangery. The orangery is a good walking distance away from the palace entrance. We had spent the day at the palace and walked over to the Orangery only to find out that the concert was in the palace that evening due to a private event. We were not informed of this change so we ended up walking all the way back to the palace. In the pictures, the orangery has a stage with beautiful lighting and orange trees. Our concert was in a non-descript room with industrial carpet and no stage. We were placed towards the back side so we were only able to see a small section of the performing group. Our tickets also included a voucher for a meal and a drink at the outside Christmas market, which was great, except the concert wasn’t over until after 8:30 and the Christmas market closed at 9 so we had to rush to get out there to use our vouchers before the market closed for the evening. Maybe my expectations were set too high but I felt like we paid a lot of money for this experience and we did not get our moneys worth.
The music was lovely but the overall experience was poor. The ticket titles (and the description of the event on the website) made it sound as though we were supposed to go to the Christmas market first, since they are made to seem like a single combined event rather than two unrelated events. The Christmas market closed at 9pm and the concert started at 8:30pm, so the obvious implication was that we were supposed to go to the market first. This was compounded by the fact that the "start here" address points straight at the Christmas market on Google maps, not the orangery. We had to ask multiple random people at the market where exactly the concert was, and then they told us. We then had to do a mad dash to the orangery and were about 12 minutes late, despite arriving at the Christmas market about 30 minutes early. And then the cherry on top was that when we got to the orangery, they gave us tickets for free food and drink at the Christmas market... which we had just come from and which closed at 9pm anyway (and which we had already spent about 35 euros at). Overall, I would not recommend - the communication on this needs to be completely changed.
improper advertising no Christmas concert and the voucher for Christmas market not able to use as concert ended after the market closed
Venue had relocated, security guard refused access we missed the concert as a result. Very disappointed.
