Very nice experience very easy to do
Everything was ok. The bus respected rhe hours for arivals. It wasn't any delays. For us was very conveniant because we checked everything on the travel list. We also eat the best and old pizza in napoli, juat by getting down at one of the bus stations.
Good way to get an overview of what Naples has to offer. Beautiful places to stop and visit. We stayed on the bus for both routes.
I would definitely recommend this tour. The only thing I would improve is better direction to bus stops.
We enjoyed riding the hip on hop off bus and seeing sites we may have otherwise missed. My only suggestion is to let customers know what signage to look for so they know exactly where the bus stops. Once we seen one, it was fine, but we weren’t sure how the bus stops were marked.
Recommendation to do this. It's one of the best ways to get an overview over a new visited city.
Distances in Naples are vast, bus provides a perfect way to get an overview and end up being not too burned in the heat

It was a fantastic experience! It's worth it, because you can see all the important sights of Naples. I will do again at my next trip there.

First line is very small!
Once we got on the bus, the sightseeing was wonderful. We did have trouble finding the stop nearest us fir the first hop on. The map was confusing to us.
The city route is quite short at 40 minutes so don’t be surprised by this. The second route along the coast is more scenic and a bit longer. We used the first route to get to a specific area in the city as opposed to “sight seeing”.
You get a quick and easy overview on Naples. Good organization of the Tours, competent and friendly people.
It's like any other Hop on Off in the world! Good to get an all over view!
The Tour B ( the coastline) more impressive, Tour A ( downtown ) good for a quick impression of the city. Less music and more information would be good here!

Need to update the audio guide and sync better with your location and provide more info and less canned music
Less singing and more information about what we are seeing would be helpful to a visitor (better value for money).

Some headphones not working once on a bus, after waiting in the baking sun for an unacceptable time, so not really informative or enjoyable!
I’ve done a hop on/hop off bus tour in almost every city and this one was not the best. Employees were friendly enough, but the tour part was weak and not interesting. Though there were some good views, I probably wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Waited ages for a bus to come along, everyone else let on before me, people were pushing and was then told there was not enough space and had to wait another 30 minutes for another bus. The bus I did get on was cramped and they said I could stand. I got off after 2 stops and walked.
Your timetable shows buses every half hour or 20 minutes from April 2025 to April 2026. But today we were told there was a Buse only every 60 minutes. That made the whole day plan impossible. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money. We could have saved money with taxis.
