Tickets were fantastic no waiting straight in but the audio guide could have been better, thought it would have been like a tour hide walkthrough. Not a problem as we just soaked up the atmosphere

Wonderful! However please note how slippery the stones are in the Forum after rain - my mum took a nasty fall & there was no one around to help or provide first aid. Colosseum is magical though!
It was so beautiful, it was hot but we still enjoyed it somehow. We didn't have a day left to explore, maybe next time. Thank you to Tiqets because they called me because I couldn't see them, thank you because they didn't abandon us.
The day was exceptional. Everyone at all three monuments were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. It was a beautiful history lesson. Everyone visiting Rome should take the visit.

Meeting the rep for the tickets was easy and convenient.
The tickets were available in plenty of time. Bugatti was very pleasant and met me at the Coloseum to deliver the tickets. Inside Out Italy was in communication with me along the way.
I loved the whole experience. The only thing I didn’t manage to do was the audio log in .

Didn’t realise the extent of the audio guide until my daughter showed me there was more. Once we discovered this, the information given was very good. Nice you could walk around at your own pace and hear all the information.
Everything was clear in your communication. I found the pick up place effortlessly the auto work very very well. The employees were very professional and courteous.

It was very easy to find the staff to get the ticket and they provided all the necessary details to have a good experience. For the Coliseum, this ticket was amazing!
Had trouble with the audio guide. Could not get it to work. The place where you pick up the tickets is father than you think so give yourself time to pick them up. Other than that skip the line is totally worth it.
We got to the Coliseum and then discovered we had to go somewhere else to turn the voucher into a ticket. A lot of extra walking in 39 degrees!
Time of the entrance was change one day before entrance, it was hour later. But it was very easy to find the guy distributing them in front of Colosseum
Access was limited in the Colosseum, which was a shame.
Very crowded
There was an accident with a worker who died so all was closed for a couple of days. That’s very sad but they said we’ll get our money back so i hope they’ll keep their word
Tour operators are very hard to find. They need to ask you to let uou know to download the apps before you get there because you won’t have WiFi without a hotspot. Really not worth the price you pay. You might as well just get your own tickets. Very disappointed.
I don’t understand why my actual ticket can’t be emailed directly to me and there is this stupid business with meeting someone for a piece of paper. I had to pay to enter the forum because I didn’t have that piece of paper!
Our clients from South Africa were extremely disappointed that our tickets were unceremoniously cancelled, without any proper reason being offered.
We await a FULL REFUND.
Changed booking entry by 2hrs later couldn’t find our booking tickets when we arrived at Coloseum so due to the later time we couldn’t enter, complete waste of money wouldn’t recommend.
We could enter to the Colosseum the agency don’t bring me the ticket for a child and the app said free and no data requested
Worker died. Tour cancelled. However guide here and was wonderful explaining how to rebook. We were grateful to her.
