Was an amazing experience to see the roof of the Cathederal and see how beautiful it all looked like inside. Love the decorations on the Windows and all the detailed work they put on the pillars and other things.
Duomo was fantastic experience. I really recommend fadt truck in 40 grades :) just Museum was closed despite the fact that I was there during regular opening hours right after Duomo visit. No info about closing.
Stunning architecture and stunning views from the top. Even my 9 year old was in awe of the whole spectacle.
Special place
The fast track ticket was the way to go. No long queues. The Duomo is an amazing building that is an essential visit in Milano.
Highly recommend getting this ticket since it includes all the locations within the Duomo and you actually to get fast access. If you miss seeing something on the first day, you can come back and see it the next day too. The staff are very helpful in directing you where to go and how / when to access various areas of the Duomo.
Despite not so sunny day to start with (actually raining) we had an amazing time on the rooftop and inside the Duomo. Absolutely breathtaking and not to be missed experience whilst in Milan. Hope it shines for centuries to come!
It was great trip. Thank you.
excellent
Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide.
It was amazing to walk on Rooftops of the Duomo, also the Duomo Cathedral is breathtaking and magnificent.
The "Fast track" choice with taking the lift for the way up was perfect choice..
Perfect
We had tickets booked for 4PM on a Thursday but found ourselves in Duomo just after midday. As it didn’t seem very busy we asked if it was possible to go in early. They were not sure initially, but decided we could go ahead. The walk around the rooftops is amazing, with stunning views of the architecture and surrounding area. Inside the stained glass windows are beautiful.
Like many historic buildings, there is lots of scaffolding and restoration work going on both inside and out.
It was mid 30s on the day we visited and hence very warm and humid inside the Cathedral.
Easy to purchase online and the Duomo visit was amazing. We bought the tickets to take the elevator up, and It was not clear to me that we had to walk down the stairs. Luckily it was not too difficult to walk down.
Wonderfully easy entry; no wait. Had tickets for 11 but arrived at 10 and had no difficulty. Did not print ticket; easy use of my cell phone. The views of the city and the duomo from the rooftops were magnificent!
Using the lift to get to the top of the Duomo was efficient and hassle free free. The Duomo access was amazing as was the flexibility of going to the museum at your own pace
Stunning
This ticket package was excellent. We arrived 20 minutes early and we walked straight through with no queue. The queue for buying tickets snaked along the piazza.
I would highly recommend tiqets.
Definitely a must do on your visit to Milan. The rooftop walk was amazing. The cathedral is stunning and to be able to go down into the archaeology site was wonderful The views, the architecture and experience is second to none
Booking of tickets was very straightforward, tickets were send quickly, acceptance on the door worked perfectly. It should be 5 starts except my downloaded audio guides did not work. Complete waste of money! My advice: get your set in the cathedral!

The Duomo is amazing. It’s a must have in Milan.
Just about the experience, we should be advised that for the second floor of the terrace doesn’t have lift. For older people is very difficult and we didn’t found how to return.
The fast track is absolutely not necessary if you can clime steps. It’s a twice as a bigger line then in north entrance. Just get tickets to rooftop, crypt, cathedral and archeological site and enter via north entrance.
Be aware if you purchase the audio guide you have to download an app beforehand - save on roaming fees when you find out at the Duomo
with a fast track ticket, had to spend over an hour in the heat no shade, in line for the elevator. Then, was asked to wait outside in line for the entrance to the Duomo, which we refused, so never made it inside!
Bought the fast pass elevator pass and we had to walk through the stairs for most of the terraces. This was an issue because 2/4 of our group were injured. Then, despite it being within operating hours and receiving no notice, the Duomo Museum was closed.
Rude member of staff would not let us in, even to pray. We went two days after ticket date due to family bereavement, explained the situation and had been in contact with Tiquet in advance but staff member rudely sent us away. Very upsetting experience.
