Surprisingly, the bus was accurately on time in both directions. Everything else worked well, too. Clear-voiced group leader who spoke fluent english and made sure that everyone knew the return time. 2h10min for the visit on site which was enough for visiting the top with a 7 year old kid. Fairly physical climb but good path.
An excellent tour to Mount Vesuvius! The team was very professional and always on time. When my daughter lost her phone on the bus on the way there, they quickly arranged for it to be sent back to us by taxi before our cruise departed. I can’t recommend them enough!
Great trip. Friendly staff. Bus goes from just outside the cafe/bar. Must do if you have a few days in Naples. Spectacular views.

Easy to book, and nice drivers. Although it was never mentioned that starting from Naples there would be an intermediate change onto a bigger bus in Herculaneum.
This trip was great. We were after an easy and affordable way to get up and down Vesuvius from Naples. The driver was great and on time and we had two hours to self explore Vesuvius which was a perfect amount of time.
This was wonderful trip. Very well organized, done with professionals and it was for sure worth the money. I would recommend to everybody.
Easy to find the bus, and the time that they let you in the gran cono is about 2 hours (30 minutes on foot to go up and 20 minute to go down). A staff member of the company was in the bus parking area which was really helpful.

The trip was good! The roughly 4 hour round trip leaves enough time to get up and down Vesuvius, though not loads of time if you'd like to have lunch with the view and/or a volcanology tour at the top. Everything ran smoothly, would recommend. Thanks
Bus on time, driver excellent and safe on the winding route up (and down). Well organized at the top. Note to other: Dress appropriately trainers or walking boots. Sweatshirt if it is a cool day. Too many in flip flops or dressed for a night out.
Pick up was straightforward and at a very friendly cafe. We waited about 40 mins in the Vesuvius car park for the guide to download the tickets to let us in, which was frustrating, but they gave us the extra time for the walk, so allow more time than suggested for the trip.
Organisation is fairly good-its a bit messy outside Hotel Ramada for the pick up but allow an extra 10 minutes-its busy!The tour was basically transport only,just having said that-I really enjoyed it.Worth the money
Vesuvius was amazing!! The tickets worked fine except when we got to Pompei where there was quite a bit of confusion but the guys were lovely & helped us. The bus drivers were moody but I don’t blame them, the mountain roads were chaos.
Great trip to Vesuvius from Naples. The meeting point was easy to find, and the drive up went very smoothly. When we arrived at Vesuvius it became a bit hectic, because the tickets were handed out as we got off the bus, and we were told to wait in one spot, and then later asked to wait in another. In total we ended up waiting around 20–30 minutes before we were finally allowed to enter. Once inside, the walk was nice and the view absolutely fantastic. The bus driver seemed very experienced and drove carefully on the narrow mountain roads.
The trip was ok, the driver came on time to the pickup Point, after one hour drive, we came to the entrance to Vezuvio and se jaz 2 hours time, enough to go up to the crater and back. The return drive was also on time.
Bus arrived 30 mi later.
The chauffør nor the guide answered my question.
The guide at the Vesuv was very unkind. She was only interestet to hurry up the people. The parking lot was very chaotisk.

The time we were given to climb to the volcano's crater, view it, and descend was 1 hour and 15 minutes, a short time to enjoy Vesuvius.
Very chaotic organisation but unfortunately this seemed like to only convenient way to get a ride from Napoli to Vesuvius (ticket included)
The coach never arrived, still waiting on refund
Cancelled without notice or warning, left waiting in rain with no information about what was happening. Had to call the provider to establish cancellation after waiting an hour. No refund for a number of days either
