Absolutely beautiful museum could easily spent a whole day exploring. There's just so much to see and experience. The highlight was seeing the bust of Queen Nefertiti which I had no idea was being displayed. Perfect for families that love history.

Lots of cultural relics, beautiful architecture, everything's in well organized, had a nice experience. But just one problem, the relic's descriptions are almost German in museum.

Wonderful presentation. Stunning building and could have spent hours. I’ve always loved Egyptian history and I went to Egypt a few years ago for 3 weeks, would definitely recommend it to Australian friends

There are long lines … if you want to go avoid it, use this super user friendly app. We passed many people who had a 2 hr wait and went right in. The museum was superb!

Very quick and very easy! Did it from the back of the queue and saved us waiting 15 or 20 minutes to purchase at the ticket counter, walked straight into the museum :)

Decided at the last minute to visit the museum. Viewed Tiqets, ordered tickets at the time we wanted and had them on my phone in seconds. Couldn't have been better.

The line was more than two hours to but tickets. I went on line, found this site, was skeptical, but on vacation so went for it. Within minutes I had 5 tickets and we walked right in! Bravo.

We never experienced any problem, Museum was very awesome and museum workers helped us a lot. Having a turkish audio guide is a very big advantage for who don’t know english very well.

Neues Museum was fantastic! Very interesting exhibitions & the commentary at various points around the Museum was good too. I loved it & reconmendcto anyone travelling to Berlin.

A must see for any visitor to Berlin! Three floors of astonishing artefacts. They keep the place pretty warm inside, so wear layers so you can regulate if you visit during the colder seasons.

Wonderful museum. Pleasant to be in the building. Fascinating collection. Would have like more info on items that are not part of the audio tour. No lines saved by buying online in my case, but perhaps there are busier times.

It was a wonderful experience, and there were so many things to see. We wish to come again someday.

It was an amazing experience to see Nefertiti and all those artifacts from Egypt. I was a little disappointed because we couldn't see the treasures of Troy.

No need to print tickets, just download unto your phone and you are already in. Excellent place to see and history to be told. Never miss Neues Museum

It was great using the pre booked ticket service. You could skip the line and go right to the front where security scanned your tickets and let you in.

Easy to buy the tickets while waiting in a long line. Delivered very quickly at a cheaper price and then skipped the line and walked straight in. :)

Fantastic experience, but also stressful due to the rules and regulations.

The entrance was hard to find and not signposted At the entrance there was no signal to pull up the online tickets we had The entrance is under the gallery. Would be great to have clear signage near the train station.
