Everything worked perfectly, from buying the tickets to using them at the attraction. This was the second lot of tickets I bought for Florence attractions - the first was for the Uffizi Gallery - and both were very good experiences.
I used the Tiqets app to purchase my ticket and it was easy to use without having to print a paper ticket for entry. My digital tickets worked great! Thank you
If you're going to the palace then make sure you have a ticket that includes the Palatine Gallery as this is the most impressive part of the tour. The art collection in this part is huge and the staterooms well worth a visit. The fashion exhibition was also interesting and well laid out.
Wonderful experience but I should share that there were few people there. We probably could have just gotten a ticket at the gate without going through the app. The experience was great, though.

We booked online, but still needed to go to the ticket office and collect the paper tickets. However, we did not wait long as the line moved very quickly at 4 pm when we got there. Totally worth it!
Absolutely positive feelings about tiqets app. It was really easy to use,we just needed to take the paper tickets from the ticket office before entry. That's it. I recommend this service for everyone to skip the queue.
Allow plenty of time to see the awesome wonders here. Almost seems endless. There is a cafe if you need a break to re-energize. Lots & lots of stairs but there is an elevator (if you can find it)

There are so many paintings that it is hard to really appreciate them all
We also wanted to visit the Bobo like gardens, but did not realize this was a different ticket

We walked right up to get our tickets with only a couple of people in front of us. Then we headed straight for the museum. The app is easy to use and very straightforward.
I walked straight up to the ticket office, displayed my QR code for entry, got the ticket and walked straight into the Palace. Streamlined, efficient.
The Pitti Palace can only be described as magnificent and beyond all expectations. It was as enjoyable as the Uffizi Gallery without the very substantial crowds. Don’t miss this experience!
Amazing! I really enjoyed visiting all the museums, and my favourite was the costume. No guide is necessary because all items are clearly labelled with brief explanation. After spending 3+ hours, it was great to sit in cafe for a cup of coffee!
I love the whole palace my favorite part was the garden which we had to buy additional tickets to but absolutely worth it. Be ready to walk a lot !
Excellent, line was long, able to walk right up and taken next! Same thing when I went to pick up our audio tour for the Palazzo Pitti!
Tickets purchased at a small premium and available with code on my phone and issued from the front if a separate queue - all worked brilliantly.

Unfortunately on our visit the Appartement a and costume gallery were closed, but the other pieces of art were amazingly crafted!
You don't just skip 1 line at ticket office, you skip the line to ever the palace as well. Great value for the money spent. Highly recommend.
The skip the line tickets made access to the Palace so easy. Once inside it was not that crowded, certainly much better than most of the rest of Florence. The Palace is a treasure trove of art and sculpture. I particularly liked the ceiling frescoes, so light and airy.
The Palazzo Pitti was great. The line to get in was reasonable. The one thing that wasn’t clear was that I had to exchange my electronic ticket for a physical ticket.
It was almost very smooth. Almost, because I couldn't understand why you need to get paper tickets at the museum if you already have a PDF of your paid tickets with QR code. Otherwise, great experience!
Check in easy! The galleries are so large that mybe some more time had been requested in order to " accept" all available fine arts
Requested refund of audio guide - free cancellation before 11.59. Website wasn’t working. 24 hr chat unresponsive. Still waiting for an answer/refund.

It was a good experience. Missed my time slot because of Green Pass company delaying me by 2 hours with their skip the line experience. Pritti Palace themselves let me change my ticket when I turned buo late
