Prague Castle: Entry Ticket + Introduction

Denis who was our guide was amazing. He really made us laugh as well which was very much needed in this sweltering heat. He was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the castle, St Vitus Cathedral, St George Basilica, the old Palace and the Golden Lane. The introduction was informative.

Our tour was a short but through introduction to the castle and all it’s buildings. We enjoyed all the information, it was so much more enjoyable to walk around at our own pace with the dome of history knowledge. Perfect for what we wanted. We were able to see the changing of the guards at noon too, thanks to that extra tidbit👍🏻

The giude was very competent and friendly. It was also very informative and interesting. Absolutely recommended!

Easy to spot and overall good information as you begin your journey around the castle grounds.

For me the Jewish cemetary was too long. The small fort, and big fort with a bit more about it's early uses would have been good. Generally good.

The introduction was very informative and helpful. We were given some top tips on the order in which to do things, given the start time, and also pointers about things in the castle complex which many visitors miss. No issues with scanning the tickets or getting into the site.

The audio that was downloaded did not match with the signs at the Prague Caslte. Once the right placard was found the guide was very informative. Also the people at the various museum sites did not know locations of certain locations within the complex.

We couldn't get into the Royal Palace due to an exposition preparation. The golden lane was over crowded and it's very small. Not worth the fee.

Palace was closed but we got information just before the visit, not at the moment of buying tickets (which was one day before).

It is terrible to buy tickets online which you have to collect from a certain person with blue/white umbrella. If you have online ticket it should be valid right away.
