This is a great value!

Nice to have if you want to see many sights. It would be great if cool pass could find a way to skip the lines, so that you don't have to line up with other people without prepaid Tickets.

Although not covering some of the sites to visit in town, the Prague CoolPass allowed us to visit enough places during the 4 days to become valuable (taking into account the different closing days of the sites). The only issue was initially the misunderstanding generated between the download of the Tiqets app and the only valid activation of the pass via the Prague CoolPass. Except from a marketing point of view, the Tiqets app and QR code of the pass is not recognised at entrance of included location.

Unfortunately the QR code was not accepted in royal palace into the castle and we spent time looking for the guide (we did not find).Bad experience to loss time doing this.

Be aware that you can’t use the QR code at the Prague Castle. To get entrance to all the sights, you first need to collect paper tickets at the info office. As soon as you have the paper tickets it’s perfect.

Prague cool pass is waste. We had to pay extra in almost all the attractions

Cool pass doesnt give access to the major museum, churches... It s written it gives access to the communism museum but when I show them the cool pass, they refuse it. Neither valid for the library. A lot to expensive for the access it gives.
