A very nice and authentic Prague experience. A must-do! There is different types of trams, try to get on the older one. Team is on board and will provide you with information and map. 100% recommendable.
We enjoyed our trip on tram 42. Our conductor was very helpful indeed. To top it all, we had bright blue skies and sunshine.

Excellent trip. What an experience on a beautifully renovated old Tram. The ticketing staff on board speak excellent English and are very helpful. Unfortunately there is no guide, this would really add the trip and be more insightful as you pass famous landmarks.
Overall, this was a good experience, but we did have 1 stop where the tram didn’t pick us up, even though we were standing directly under the sign. It had a couple of other trams in front of it and I guess it picked up everyone from that point. Another stop, we stood behind the other trams, but the driver would only pick up people standing by the sign. So you have to be flexible! We ended up just walking instead.

No audio commentary and a relatively fast train ride. Nice staff but sadly not worth the price. I think a bus ride with audio commentary is the best choice.

It was not worth it. We wait a lot of time. There was no indication when it should come and we do not have the chanse to use the pop up

I wouldn't recommend it. There is nothing special about this tram ride. The guides onboard do not highlight specials places, events, or buildings. Instead you are directed to use an app that is usually not coordinated with the Tram since it doesn't slow down, or stop, for anything. Often, sites of interests are behind you or above your head, and can't be seen. The one person in our trolley car only shouted out the numbers that corresponded to numbers on the map provided - they clearly had no interest in doing more or interacting with travelers. By the time you could look up the numbers on the map - the trolley had moved on. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would certainly not recommend it. Moreover, the trams didn't respect their own timetables and would usually show up early, or late. Use the normal trams instead. The ride is cheaper, better, and more comfortable.
Unfortunately I can't recommend this trip, because due to the huge breaks between trams we were forced to use public transport. Another circumstance that needs to be taken into account is one-way traffic.
