Royal Palace of Madrid: Fast Track Entry

It is just must see I enjoyed every part of the Palace!

An amazing palace with everything you would expect.

An excellent experience, one of the most amazing palaces I’ve ever been to. Paintings on the ceilings are unique in their perspective & color tones. Definitely a must when visiting madrid

Amazing palace! It was not too busy in early March, so we would be likely able to buy tickets on-site, but comfort of getting in quickly was nice.

Amazing, i didn’t know about this until it came up on Google and decided to take the chance and i can honestly say i will start relying on Tiqets for my other adventures when i travel!!

Amazing and wonderful experience!

Easy to use and we were able to avoid the longer ticket line at the museum. There was still a line for entry however, in spite of the timed entry.

It was perfect , when we came we don’t need to wait in a long line , we see the ticket From the mail and after 2 min we were in the place

Please add more signs. One for armory entrance, one for main entrance (people go straight to gift shop and find themselves outside), one for the musical instruments room ( to guide visitors into the room first instead of the exit with violins)

The Palace was exceptional ! We used Tiqets for the first time , we got into the palace great but we wasn’t given the digital guide even though it said we could have one , they said we should have booked on the original website x

Was very impressive. I was just not impressed with the audio device. I also had to pay additionally for an extra audio device because Tiqets only provided only 1 scan code but I had purchased 2 tickets.

Impressive building. Perfect way to give reluctant teenagers a dose of culture. One hour following a one-way system through the palace! Fast-track well worth it.

The digital guide was well done yet it did not give directions to the next painting. Some were easy others did not give directions or room number to go to. Somewhat frustrating.

I really liked going to the palace. The audio guide gave us a lot of information without having to wait on a whole group. We could do things in our own pace. Also 'skip the line' really came in handy, since there was a long line of people waiting to get their tickets.

When we arrived at the palace, the staff told us that our tickets had been cancelled; in the end, the matter was never resolved, which really disrupted our itinerary.
