Tootbus Paris: Eco-friendly Christmas Lights Tour

Very enjoyable, well-organized, family friendly. Would like to have Christmas music playing during the ride.

Overall enjoyable, but being familiar with Paris, I was expecting the Tootbus Christmas Lights Tour to provide some lesser known hidden treasures of light displays. However, it included pretty much what you'd expect.

We had booked tickets in advance and arrived at the starting point 20 minutes early, as agreed. At that time, there was already a very long line of people waiting. My husband and I were accompanying my sister and brother-in-law, both of whom are disabled. She has been in a wheelchair for years, and he became 100% disabled after a stroke a few years ago. We asked the bus staff for assistance, but we were repeatedly told that we had to wait in line like everyone else. Eventually, one staff member did point out where we could stand so that we could board the next bus through the double doors for wheelchairs. My husband had just helped my sister and brother-in-law on board when the doors closed and the bus drove off, leaving me standing alone. I was not allowed to get on anymore. Fortunately, the bus eventually stopped again at the beginning of the queue, I was able to run after it, and other tourists were kind enough to let me go ahead of them. The experience was very stressful and humiliating.

This was very disappointing, it did not live up to their hype. Don't do it unless you enjoy being in a traffic jam for 60% to 70% of your tour. A complete waste of our money. The young lady assisting with the seating was rude and will make a fine dictator someday. We wanted to sit a few rows further back. She said "No! Here!" We gave her a choice, "Let us sit there, or give us our money back and we can get off." Dang, we wish she gave us our money back and we escaped before it started. The ear buds are disfunctiinal. We wondered why they even issued them. We jumped off at the Eiffel Tower and walked back to our hotel.
