Very efficient and friendly helpful agent. Just be aware and make sure you download the audio guide fully before you go un the gallery as the signal was very poor inside.
The girl meeting us was very polite and kind. She tried to skip some lines for us. The gallery of course was amazing and each room had so many beautiful and famous art pieces. I just wished I visited on a day that i had more time.
Clear que instructions, only waited 15 minutes to enter the Museum.
Mobility accessible for people like me with a torn meniscus in my knee, plenty of places where sit and rest while enjoying the beauty of the art.
Beutifull gallery. Best art from Botticelli.
All went well on the tour at the Uffizi with our guide. The only hiccup was finding the meeting place. Other than that the entire process went smoothly and I really enjoyed walking with the guide.
The organization was very good. It was nice to have a friendly person hand us tickets and answer questions.
A fantastic experience. Even if you arent a huge art fanatic, there is something magical about the building and the atmosphere. The rooftop cafe is also fabulous for a rest and the view.
Very good
I was given clear instructions on where to meet, which was followed up by reminders to be on time.
Then I received my ticket and instructions and I had my time to myself and enjoyed it.
The Audio guide was good and well structured.
Organized, prompt directions and great guide! We would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to make the most of 2 hours at the Uffizi.
Fantastic experience, our guide Irene was very good and gave is lots of extra information about the artpieces
Laura, the guide, spoke both French and English for our mixed group of 5 persons.
Friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Museum was excellent. More to see than anticipated. Went earlier in the morning and it was not too crowded.
The audiogude files and information do not tally with the room numbers making it difficult to find the right file to play
Great experience. It was nice to see beautiful and brilliant paintings by some of world's famous artists.
I didn't face any issues in booking and received the tickets fast.
The experience was good - but, not your fault at all, too over crowded. They’re letting too many people in at once, sadly.
That said, the audio guide you provided was useful, well timed and balanced to give enough info, but not too much!
It could be a little improved if the guide’s map number system matched that of the rooms inside the museum!
Over all - fabulous to see and understand a little about the incredible works of art inside the museum.
Very good comunication by chat.
But, it World be better that, in the instructions, showing the detail of where will be the meeting point. A detailed map would be a good opción.
Remo was very informative and I know we could stay as long as we wanted, but the amount of time of the tour was not enough to appreciate more paintings with the tour guide. 2 hours seemed rushed.
Host was lovely. She knew her stuff and added to the audio. Loved that she didn’t wait for anyone late. I’ve been on tours where we’ve waited for 1-2 people and we’ve lost out on tour time.
Our guide’s English was good. He was very knowledgeable about art history, italian culture and Florence history!! However, he didnt use a microphone and at times was hard to hear over the ambient noise.
Too many small rooms in the first floor, paid 90 euro and didn't have guide or audio guide, impolite stuff. I have big experience in museums and uffizi was much less than I expected. Nice statues though
We enjoyed Uffizzi but were not able to download the audio app for some reason. Also, it was only available to me and not my husband. It was a piity but thanks for the opportunity to give feedback.
The meeting place description wasn’t very clear and the audio guide required bringing your own earphones which was not clear and 1 hour download.
Tickets would not scan at the entrance. I had to buy a separate set of tickets at the gate. I plan to stop my credit card payment when I return to America.
I wonder what I got for the extra 15 euros! I could have pre-booked on the Museum's site, which I thought I had done, and would have received the same service.
