It was easy to get into the museum pretty quick with time slot on the ticket and it was a pleasant experience. There were a lot of paintings and sculptures from different artists inside the Uffizi Gallery. I’m very happy with the service.
The Uffizi Reserved Entry was great! I got to choose my preferred day and time, the meet up information was clear and easy to follow, and the representatives showed up on time and were helpful and efficient at getting me into the museum. The whole experience was convenient and reliable. I highly recommend it!
So this was the best visit to musem we ever had, mostly thanks to our amazing guide Laura. Strongly recommend to visit the place with her as a guide, you will learn so much!
You still queue but not for too long. The views from the gallery were amazing.
Worth a visit and lived up to its reputation. Voucher was easy to exchange with the tours representative who was waiting outside at the designated spot.
The only issue was that the agent was not wearing any ID that enabled us to identify him, but he did arrive on time and issue us with tickets. We then got straight into the gallery. We needed to show photo ID to get in and it would have been helpful to know this
Very good, well organised, plenty information boards, nice cafe upstairs
When we arrived at the regular entrance of the Uffizi the queue was huge. We were more than happy to skip the line
Our visit was perfect - everything was great. Thanks a lot.
In general, the process of accessing the tickets then having to trade them for other tickets could be more streamlined. Too many steps. Too complicated when you're already trying to navigate a new place. The museum was amazing, though
No obvious route around gallery, so can miss things quite easily, however the ceilings were works of art on their own, together with the views of the city. Definitely one of the places to visit whilst in Florence
There were no tickets available on the Uffizi Gallery website but we managed to get 2 from Tiqets website for priority entry. The meeting point was easy to find and everything ran smoothly. Would definitely use them again.
Very good follow up notifying us of the meeting time on the eve of our booking. Friendly team awaiting us. But some confusion on getting our own tickets. We were given someone elses tickets - names have to match on admission. All was sorted out easily and we had a great tour.
Had
Very interesting gallery with an amazing amount of masterpieces to view, if only they could limit the amount of people at any one time!
It is an amazing place but be prepared for the crowds and the warm rooms as the main gallery space is not air conditioned.
It was a holiday, which we were made aware of, but could not change our date and time so no early entry. Very busy but gallery was very nice. If I were to do it over again I would not buy the Florence pass.
The time of entrance in Uffizi was changed, therefore we had to stand in line and the gallery was already full of people.
I couldn't use the audioguide, because I was asked for an update, but the update didn't work.
Experience was OK. The person delivering tickets was difficult to find and at the end did not have our tickets. We had to queue !
Took half hour to gain entry. Very packed with people inside. Some amazing art but not a good viewing experience.
I got my tickets cancelled one hour before attending. I think you should not advertise the availability of the tickets if they are not 100% assured. I would have put one star, but I chose to put two because Crown Tours staff was willing to help and assist on my questions right out of the gallery. I haven’t got an email confirming my reimbursement either. Therefore my experience hasn’t been a pleasant one.
Pure chaos. Couldn't Find the guy with the tickets. He wasn’t there then he showed up. No big sign or anything. Then he didn’t know where we should go. So poorly organized
Somebody could help until the entrance of the gate. Nobody was interested with us. We directly went to entrance and waited at the normal line like the normal buyers.
There was no guide to meet us out front, so we had to join the main quque at the end. The digital audio guide didn't work in the museum because there is no reception.
Not worth the upgraded price over just buying a regular, cheaper ticket.
The gallery was closed due to a strike and we could not go. We are waiting to hear back to see if we can get a refund.Very disappointing especially since we were really looking forward to seeing the paintings in this gallery.
