Easy online booking, bus was on time there and back. Trip was great, we had 2 hours free time as advertised. Bus driver was friendly, girl at desk was less so but didn’t impact on our experience. We would recommend it!

It is worth the effort to go on this trip. Make sure you wear suitable footwear as it is a long walk to the top. The views are amazing all along the route so make time to pause, get your breath back, and enjoy the scenery.
We did this trip with our 7, 5 and 3 year old and they managed the climb well in the time. We also felt safe at all times on the bus despite the winding roads. Great views, well worth the hike!

Great trip to Vesuvius, comfortable coach to transfer you to the start point. You get 2 hours to complete the walk, then coach back. Recommend
Great experience, well organised, office right outside the train station along with pick point, coach driver was fantastic navigating the winding road up, plenty of time to take it all in and we got great views.

The driver was very careful driving up the mountain. The worker that organised the trip times, etc. was very kind. Good and organised business.
It is a must! Very well organized. The hike from the bus stop to the top is about 45 minutes. It's steep and slippery, so be careful. But astonishing views fully deserved the effort.
If you go to the meeting point by car, I recommend "Garage royal di nobile eduardo" nearby.

The mountain is a great experience; these guys made getting there by bus, into the national park and then back again easy.
We had some delay with the train to Ercolano, but the organizers were helpful, and we could participate on next tour!

We ordered M.Vesuvius-Tickets here, because the official shop from the national Park office was sold out - best idea ever! From Naples you have to manage the transportation. By train to Eracles and here the private bus Shuttle takes over and is all worth its money.
Great option for going up Vesuvius and taking in Herculaneum on the same day. Efficient service, left promptly, with enough time allocated to go up and back down in time for the return journey.
Trip up Vesuvius was efficient and pleasant in your small coach, and was on time.
The walk up to the crater was not difficult and we had plenty of time to walk to the crater and take photos and take it all in, and walk back down. The timings were just right.
Picked up the coach from outside Ercolano Scavi train station. The coach driver pointed out the sights on the way. Plenty of time to walk up to the crater before coming back down to the station.
Great trip on a very comfortable coach from Ercolano to Vesuvius. The time given to climb to the top was adequate and we didn’t feel rushed at all. Make sure to wear good walking shoes as the climb is fairly steep, but well worth doing to see into the crater and to look at the views from the summit.
Easy process to book. Arrived at Vesuvio Express office at Ercolano Savi to catch the shuttle bus up to Vesuvius Car park then from there entered for the walk to the rim. From entering you get 2hrs to summit and the return back to the car park.
Trip accomplished what we needed: return transportation from ercolano and admission to the park. Bus didn't leave on time, and they overbooked by 1 seat so we had to crowd an extra person on the back row. But otherwise, all was good.
was amazing, we had a wonderful time! apart from the online customer service team, we had a problem due to train strikes and they didn’t give us any help. however once we managed to get there we talked to the people in the office and they immediately sorted us out.

Everything else was perfect.
At the agency in Ercolano the staff was impolite, did not inform us about the meeting point nor about the program. We had to find out where to meet the others. The program itself was good.
There was chaos once told to get off the bus. Had to wait for a minibus then couldn't get into the park with tickets given, so had to wait for someone who could help. Same on the way back. It would have been ok if we'd spoke Italian - I think.
