The City of Melbourne runs 4 visitor information points: the Melbourne Visitor Hub at the Town Hall, the Melbourne Visitor Booth in Bourke Street Mall, the Melbourne Visitor Pod in City Square and the Fitzroy Gardens Visitor Centre. All 4 open every day of the week, and the hub, on the corner of Little Collins and Swanston streets, opens Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00. City Ambassadors, roving volunteers in red uniforms, give tourist information around Swanston Street, City Square and Federation Square, and at Queen Victoria Market, which runs an Information Hub of its own. Melbourne Airport keeps a visitor information desk of its own.
