The Ayuntamiento de Segovia, the city council, runs the official tourist office of Segovia through its tourism department and the Empresa Municipal de Turismo de Segovia, under the Turismo de Segovia name. Its website, turismodesegovia.com, lists 4 municipal tourist information points: the Visitor's Reception Centre on Plaza del Azoguejo, the High Speed Train Station Information Point at Segovia-Guiomar station, the Bus Station Information Point and La Muralla Tourist Information Point on Plaza del Socorro. The Visitor's Reception Centre also houses the integrated tourist office of the Junta de Castilla y León, the regional government, with information on the whole region.

Visitor's Reception Centre
Location: Plaza del Azoguejo 1
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00, with afternoons to 19:00 from 1 July to 30 September; Sundays 10:00 to 14:30
Staff attend visitors in English, French, German and Italian; it also runs a booking centre and hires out audio guides.
High Speed Train Station Information Point
Location: Paseo de los Campos de Castilla, at the Segovia-Guiomar railway station
