The Singapore Tourism Board runs its visitor centres through partners: the Singapore Visitor Centre network is made up of tourism businesses that STB identifies as STB-branded visitor centres, and Visit Singapore, its official site, lists 12 of them. All 12 are listed below.
They include the Chinatown Visitor Centre behind the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum, the concierge desks of ION Orchard and Raffles City, the Indian Heritage Centre, a luggage counter at the Cruise Centre and several hotels. Services vary from one point to the next, from tourist information and free Wi-Fi to hotel reservations, attraction tickets and souvenirs.

Public holidays in Singapore to plan around
Public holidays can change the shape of a stay in Singapore. Attractions, shops and visitor centres may close or switch to holiday hours on these days, so it is worth checking before setting out.
Singapore's public holidays are set by the Holidays Act 1998, and the Ministry of Manpower lists 11 for 2026, with Chinese New Year taking up two days. Under the Act, when a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the next day that is not itself a public holiday is a public holiday too. In 2026 that happens three times, with Vesak Day, National Day and Deepavali, which brings the calendar to 14 dates.

Local holidays in Singapore 2026
Singapore has no local holidays of its own on top of the national list: the Holidays Act 1998 declares public holidays for Singapore as a whole, and any extra day can only be added by the President through a notification in the Gazette.
Visit Singapore lists the hours of the Singapore Visitor Centres as daily, or Tuesday to Sunday at the Indian Heritage Centre, and no separate public holiday hours are published for them.
